Strachan furniture is predominantly bespoke, designed and made to measure for your room and personalised to individual requirements. As such, the supply of our furniture is exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However, at Strachan we choose to offer our customers a 14-day “cooling-off period” from the date on which the order is placed. Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Sales Office Manager, either by email or post to the addresses provided below prior to the expiration of the cooling off period:

If you cancel your order within the cooling-off period and no agreed work has been performed, we will refund your deposit in full. If we have already performed agreed work to progress your order prior to receipt of your cancellation notice, we will retain a fair amount from your deposit to cover the cost of the agreed work.
Your refund will be made within 14 days using the same method of payment used to pay your deposit unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Notice of cancellation received after the 14-day period is subject to our terms and conditions of sale.
